Western Wisconsin’s Agriculture Update on The West Side August 14


The state of Western Wisconsin agriculture is the topic for The West Side on Monday, August 14 at 10 a.m. on 88.3 WHWC-FM/ Menomonie-Eau Claire and 88.7 WRFW-FM/ River Falls.


Host Rich Kremer will welcome Mark Hagedorn to the show. Hagedorn is the Eau Claire County UW-Extension Agriculture Agent with degrees in animal science and dairy science. Hagedorn and Kremer will discuss the current trends in livestock, crop status and production in Wisconsin, and how weather patterns have been affecting crop growth in the area.


The West Side is a call-in program focused on issues specific to western Wisconsin. The show airs on Mondays at 10 a.m. on 88.3 WHWC-FM/ Menomonie-Eau Claire and 88.7 WRFW-FM/ River Falls, with a live stream at www.wrfw887.com.
